Amanda Cosco is a content strategist and producer with over a decade of experience helping innovation-focused organizations shape powerful narratives.

She has worked across a wide range of industries—including technology, consumer products, apparel, academia, hospitality, the performing arts, government, and food & beverage—supporting clients in transforming ideas into content that drives engagement and impact.

Academic background

Amanda holds a Master of Arts in English Literature from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University), where her thesis explored the metaphor of hunger in Canadian fiction, with a focus on Margaret Atwood’s The Edible Woman.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts from York University, where she began her journey in publishing with early bylines in MacMedia and This Magazine. Throughout her academic career, she was recognized for her scholarly achievements, receiving multiple awards including the prestigious SSHRC Grant from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada.

Amanda has continued her professional development with courses in digital media at OCAD University, bridging her literary foundation with emerging communication technologies.

Currently

Amanda is currently working on her first book, which explores the intersection of fashion and technology on a global scale. Alongside her writing, she continues to consult with innovation-driven brands on content strategy, storytelling, and event production.
